Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Fitness Instructor to lead high-intensity interval training classes at our state-of-the-art F45 studio.

As an F45 Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and results-driven workouts that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals. Your role will involve instructing members in the proper use of equipment and techniques, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and think on their feet. They should also have a strong passion for health and wellness, as well as the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

In addition to leading classes, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized studio, attend promotional events, and assist with sales and marketing initiatives. We offer competitive hourly rates between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for commission-based bonuses and incentives.

The successful candidate will work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, and will be required to wear a uniform during working hours. This is a part-time position, with potential for growth and development within the company.

Key requirements include a minimum of 1 year's experience in group fitness or personal training, certification through a nationally recognized organization (such as AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, or ACSM), and current CPR/AED certification. Prior management and sales experience is desirable but not essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree in kinesiology or a related field is preferred.
