About the Job

The Plastic Injection Molding Machine Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plastic molding technologies, good communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain injection molding machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize production.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Participate in quality control activities to ensure products meet company standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic molding technologies and machinery.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
