Digital Media Strategy Leader

About the Role:
We seek a highly skilled Digital Media Strategy Leader who will play a pivotal role in developing customized integrated media marketing strategies and implementing campaigns across various channels (Digital & Traditional) to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, managing media partners, and contributing to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform complex data points into clear and actionable insights for clients.Analyze client businesses by understanding their industry, target audience, competitors, and unique selling points to develop comprehensive strategies.Collaborate with clients and PMG analytics teams to define digital marketing objectives and develop customized media marketing strategies.Select suitable media platforms and channels for client target audiences and objectives.Oversee media campaigns holistically, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.Analyze campaign results using analytics tools, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and provide regular reports to clients.Collaborate closely with clients' in-house media divisions to shape strategic advertising campaign direction, ensuring alignment with core business objectives and market trends.Serve as liaison among creative teams, clients, and media departments, ensuring synergistic collaboration enhances campaign cohesion and effectiveness.Coordinate workflows, data management, and cross-functional team dynamics, including client relations and creative collaborations, to drive project success and team productivity.Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in digital media strategy or related fields.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proactive mindset with experience setting agendas for teams and clients.Ability to build coherent presentations with limited outside input.Strong presentation skills with proficiency in G-slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote.Self-motivation and eagerness to learn new tools and technology.What We Offer:
