The Inline Group is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our established primary care practice in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and episodic health history and physical assessments of patients and families with acute, chronic, and potential health problems.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our practice's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited advanced practice program and certified as a Physician Assistant.
- At least two years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration.
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably Athena.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
