Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical activities within the department and collaborate with other healthcare team members.
  • Directly and indirectly supervise the care rendered by department staff members.
  • Assume house supervision duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida.
  • BSN preferred.
  • BLS/CPR certification (American Heart or equivalent).
  • ACLS certification (American Heart or equivalent).
  • Successful completion of Basic EKG course.
  • Certifications specific to areas of expertise.
  • 2-3 years RN experience in clinical area.
What We Offer

Up to $20,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience.
