The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the general housekeeping of the GMP zone within the Factory, reporting any safety incidents/accidents, and following all Company and Plant Safety Policies and Procedures. Key duties include:

  • Master Sanitation Schedule Tasks as assigned
  • Following all GMP guidelines and reporting any Food Safety concerns
  • Restocking and maintaining handwashing stations, cleaning common area floors and walls, emptying common area trash, restocking and maintaining water stations
  • Refilling and distributing chemicals, receiving bulk chemical deliveries, and replacing cleaning tools on the floor as needed

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for up to twelve hours, ability to read, write, and communicate in English, and ability to lift, kneel, bend over, squat, stoop, and carry 50 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, as is the willingness to learn Forklift operation and Floor Scrubber operation.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $17.50-18.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for quarterly incentives and comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment.
