Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated RN Resident to join our Emergency Department team. As a RN Resident, you will be part of a clinically focused nurse residency program designed to ease your transition from student to professional nurse. You will receive comprehensive education, support, and skills training to become a board-certified emergency nurse within a year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly didactic instruction led by physicians and clinical skills training with subject matter experts
  • Develop essential nursing skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • No license required upon initial hire; obtain RN license in the State of Florida within 90 days of hire
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Certifications as required by individual unit/area
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional patient care
About the Opportunity

This role offers a competitive estimated salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on location and experience.
