Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Manager to join our team at Ralco, located in Marshall, MN. This dynamic role demands a commitment to continuous learning and an understanding of both the current regulatory landscape and emerging market trends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Ralco's animal feed additives and crop inputs adhere to all relevant regulations. This involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations within animal feed additives and crop inputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations within animal feed additives and crop inputs.
  • Product Registration: Manage the registration process for new and existing products, including preparation and submission of documentation to regulatory authorities.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the safety and efficacy of products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated throughout product development and lifecycle management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to compliance activities and regulatory submissions.
