Strategic Workforce Planning Manager

Avis Budget Group International is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models to predict future staffing needs based on business trends, historical data, and strategic goals.
- Assess workforce capacity and manage staffing levels to meet current and future operational requirements.
- Implement and refine processes for accurate workforce forecasting and planning.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for staffing strategies.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of workforce planning activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on workforce capacity, trends, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Human Resources to align staffing plans with business objectives and address capacity issues.
- Facilitate workforce planning workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce planning efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning and integrate them into the organization's approach.
- Communicate workforce planning strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Prepare workforce dashboards and reports on key performance indicators using accurate and high-quality data.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in reporting to senior management.
- Proficiency in workforce forecasting models and metrics development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and facilitate effective meetings and workshops.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in workforce planning.
- Experience in a managerial or strategic role within a large organization.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management.
