X-Ray Technologist
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Somers Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiographic diagnostic imaging procedures and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease and injuries.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Minimize radiation to patients and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Associates degree or bachelor's degree in applied radiologic science or certification from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Licensed and Registered in the state of New York and/or Connecticut.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
