About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician Expert to join our team at STS Technical Services.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aviation Maintenance Professional to work with various types of corporate aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general to complex maintenance tasks, including removal and installation of panels and components, repair work, and sheet metal repair or installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance checks on assigned aircraft and related systems.
  2. Inspection and Repair: Disassemble and inspect engines, parts, or other components for wear, warping, breaks, leaks, or other non-conformities or deficiencies.
  3. Installation and Assembly: Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories using hand tools and power tools.
  4. System Maintenance: Service and maintain aircraft systems by performing tasks such as flushing crankcase, cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
  5. Structural Repair: Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts, such as wings and fuselage, rigging, and hydraulic units.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid FAA A&P License.
  • At least 3 years of experience maintaining, inspecting, servicing, and repairing corporate aircraft.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience in Aviation Maintenance Software programs such as Corridor (preferred).
