We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Professional to join our team as an Independent Contractor for the 21st Century program.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students of various age groups, focusing on ELA, math, and tutoring.
  • Collaborate with the 21st CCLC Site Coordinator and Director to ensure lesson plans meet program requirements.
  • Provide academic support to students, adapting lesson plans to meet their individual needs.
  • Track and log hours worked, with payment processed according to BGCTM pay periods.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Teacher compensation: $45 per hour upon completion of each two-week period.
  • Paraprofessional compensation: $20 per hour upon completion of each two-week period.
  • Complete Independent Contractor Agreement, W-9 Form, and optional Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement before teaching.
Requirements:
  • Experience in education or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans for various age groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
