Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ops Trainer to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Operations Training team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the growth and development of our Distribution Center associates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a strong background in Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT) training. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement training solutions and support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to support the growth and development of Distribution Center associates
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including classroom and on-the-job training
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with associates to support their development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement training solutions and support process improvements
  • Monitor and report on training metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in training and development, with a strong background in PIT training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Google Business Suite and basic computer skills
