About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Clinical BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior support plans for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans
  • Supervise the implementation of programs and provide feedback to RBTs
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses
  • Participate in assessment process and attend parent meetings, staff meetings, and trainings
  • Provide information about programming to parents and attend IEP meetings as needed
  • Offer feedback on staff performance reviews and assist with new RBT training

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism
  • Strong attention to detail for data collection and report writing
  • Positive team player and energetic professional
  • Ability to train others in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
