We are seeking an experienced Cinema Operations Manager to join our team at Silverspot Cinemas. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cinema, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and delivering on our brand promise.

The Role:

This position will be responsible for managing cinema staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and ensuring seamless execution of film screenings and events. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while also fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cinema operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintenance tasks;
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase ticket sales and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, inventory, and sales data;
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll processing;
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives;
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication among staff members;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership or management position within the cinema industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable);
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business administration) or equivalent experience;
