About the Job

Carthage Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Carthage, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to administer medications, collect vital signs, and provide wound care to our residents. You will also be responsible for supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collect and record vital signs and health information from new residents
* Administer medications and injections as needed
* Provide wound care and dressings as required
* Supervise CNAs and ensure they are providing high-quality care
* Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output

**Requirements:**

* Valid LPN state license
* Ability to work as a team member
* Good standing with the State Registry
