The ideal candidate should have experience as a Patient Care Technician in an acute hospital setting, possess basic life support certification, and be able to pass clinical competency testing. Familiarity with medical/surgical procedures is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, along with excellent benefits including subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical and support services under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Perform delegated patient care interventions for patients in the MedSurg department and their families.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-equipped environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in basic life support.
  • Ability to pass clinical competency testing.
  • Physical ability to meet job responsibilities.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
