Salary Range

The base salary for this role is between $12.93- $16.25 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $62,460 per year in commissions. Your individual starting salary may vary based on your location, experience, expertise, and education/training.

About the Job

This is a dynamic sales position where you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and meet their needs.
  • Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience (but we'll provide training and coaching if needed).Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
