As a Software Development Engineer on the Quantitative Business Intelligence Tools (QuBIT) team, you will be responsible for modifying, developing, debugging, and supporting business critical tools and applications used across Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF). This role offers a broad scope, including all of GCF, allowing for creative freedom to explore broad business problems and areas of opportunity needing scalable and fast-moving solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using various technologies to empower internal customers and scale existing platforms.

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to information systems to optimally support changing business processes and policies.

• Contribute to all parts of the software development and deployment life-cycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, validation, and release.

• Collaborate with peers in a group of very smart and talented engineers to deliver effective software solutions to business problems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.

• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.

• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

• Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience, as well as a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
