At Smile Brands, we are committed to delivering smiles for everyone, and we are seeking a skilled Dental Hygiene Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best oral health.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.00-$45.00 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
  • Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
  • Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
  • Screen patients' periodontal health
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Perform oral cancer screenings
  • Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
  • Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands

We require either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome). A current CPR certification is also necessary. If you are a motivated and compassionate dental hygienist looking to grow your career, we encourage you to apply.
