About the Role

As an Innovation Technician with Terminix, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a wide range of services, including crawlspace, attic insulation, and pest control solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a variety of crawlspace services, including exclusion and insulation
  • Offer a full line of attic insulation services to residential and commercial customers
  • Provide new service for pest control, bed bug, mosquito, tick, and termites
  • Offer gutter and exclusion services to protect homes and businesses
  • Work on rooftops to perform exclusion services and wildlife removal
  • Interact with customers to explain services provided and generate new business opportunities
  • Document services using an iPhone and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent with a valid driver's license
  • Three to six months of related exclusion experience and/or training, and six months of experience using hand tools and related equipment
  • Personable and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • Effective communication skills to present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
  • Detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
  • Good aptitude for basic math to perform calculations related to service
  • Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics
  • No facial hair due to safety reasons
