Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Associate to join our team at Twin Pines, a 16-bed Residential Treatment Facility in Central Point, Oregon. As a Residential Associate, you will be part of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping tasks, preparing meals, administering medication, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • a valid Oregon driver's license;
  • a safe driving record;
  • the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check;
  • physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds.
