Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team in providing high-quality patient service support.
The ideal candidate will be the liaison between our patients and clinics, delivering initial service support for inbound/outbound calls, scheduling appointments, ensuring accurate patient data, and addressing patient inquiries with a patient-centric approach.
- Schedule appointments and make reminder calls to patients, enhancing patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide information, respond to questions, and offer assistance to patients, promoting a positive impression of our organization.
- Collect and enter accurate demographic information into our system, maintaining up-to-date patient records.
- Act as a liaison, directing calls to other departments as needed, ensuring seamless communication and support.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Able to effectively communicate on the telephone and interact with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Relate to individuals from various backgrounds, fostering empathy and understanding.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or related healthcare certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related clinical environment, with knowledge of medical terminology.
- Bilingual Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.
