The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with residents, government personnel, and the general public. Additionally, they should demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, adhering to meticulous attention to detail, and maintaining composure in emergency situations.

The successful RN will be responsible for ensuring that each resident's attending physician and family are promptly notified of any significant changes in their health condition. They will also be expected to supervise nursing functions, handle instruments and equipment, and make quick decisions in emergencies.
