We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in shaping our practice and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Developing resources for our social and communication domains
  • Evaluating and training RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians)
  • Nurturing relationships with PCPs (Primary Care Physicians)
  • Gaining expertise in our software program

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct evaluations for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Create personalized treatment plans
  • Serve as a mentor and supervisor to behavioral therapists

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) and BCBA certification
  • A passion for behavioral therapy and working with children with ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
