Job Title: Substitute Bus Driver

Job Summary: Cecil County Public Schools is seeking a qualified Substitute Bus Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the bus.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport students to and from school in a safe and timely manner
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bus
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

The Substitute Bus Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with students, parents, and school staff on a daily basis. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
