Salary:$35,000 - $45,000 per year
This position emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service to patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality patient scheduling and positive telephone etiquette
- Collecting point-of-service copays and providing general information to patients and their families
- Serving as the front-line contact person for incoming patients
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience in a medical environment preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and incumbents must complete a Cooper IDX training program.
