Job Overview

Trophy Point Investment Group, LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Fractional Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our company's short-term and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Investment and Growth Planning: Advise on investment strategies, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other growth initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company remains compliant with financial regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within startups or high-growth companies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
