Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Batchelor & Kimball is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to lead our construction crew in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • 2+ years of experience in field supervision.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Vocational/Technical degree in a related field (preferred).

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. when necessary.
  • Work outside during all types of weather.
