Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at System One. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial activities and developing strategies that align with our company's goals.

System One is actively seeking a permanent position located in Broken Arrow, OK. This opportunity offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a controller managing P&L. A strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to create complex financial models and perform advanced data analysis.

• Oversight of the company's P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and margin improvement.
• Collaboration with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitoring financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Management of the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Development and maintenance of financial models and analyses using expert-level Excel skills to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Oversight of cash flow management, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Providing financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
• Management, mentorship, and development of the accounting and finance team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
• 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a controller managing P&L.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to create complex financial models and perform advanced data analysis.
