  • Interview and onboard new caregivers, ensuring a smooth transition into our team
  • Counsel caregivers to meet client and company expectations
  • Recognize and reward good job performance and promote caregiver recognition
  • Maintain detailed documentation on all scheduling changes and corrections

  • Prior experience scheduling multiple employees and clients (home care scheduling preferred)
  • Prior experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently, and diplomatically
  • Able to remain flexible, resilient, calm, and maintain a sense of humor in all situations
  • Work independently and proactively with minimal direction or supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and other healthcare industry-related software
  • Pass a thorough background screening and have excellent employment references
