HHR Technician

The Colonial Downs Group LLC is seeking an experienced HHR Technician to join our team. As an HHR Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance of electronic gaming devices and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $ $65,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an HHR Technician/Bench Technician with A+ Certification.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitoring Performance: Responsible for monitoring the performance of electronic gaming devices to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently.
• Maintenance and Repair: Performs routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines, kiosks, and other equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Inventory Management: Maintains an accurate inventory of parts and supplies for gaming machines and kiosks.
• Guest Service: Provides exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as an HHR Technician: A minimum of 2 years' experience as an HHR Technician/Bench Technician with A+ Certification is required.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for providing exceptional guest service and working effectively with colleagues.
• Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required for tasks such as inventory management and reporting.
