Clinical Support Professional for Rural Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Professional to join our team at Fast Pace Health, a growing company dedicated to providing best-in-class patient experience in rural areas. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of teamwork, communication, empowerment, and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical and administrative support to ensure effective patient care under the direct supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
- Maintain a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere, responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
- Assist with lab testing and phlebotomy, prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake, and perform various clinical tasks as required.
- Collaborate with providers to triage patients, observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, and taking necessary action.
- Deliver accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent with a current CPR license and/or at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
- Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with a current CPR license and either 4 years' experience in a relevant role and 2 years of Fast Pace experience in a Clinical Tech role or 6 years' experience in a relevant role.
