Job Description:
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting optimal outcomes and strength management. Your comprehensive assessments, skilled interventions, and education sessions will empower patients to achieve their goals and improve quality of life.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist active in Arizona;
• One year of experience in Physical Therapy;
• Preferably, experience working in a home care setting;
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card;
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required);
• No COVID vaccination requirement.
