ProMedica Health System is seeking an experienced OBGYN Hospitalist to join our team at a renowned institution in Toledo, Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to focus on patient care, free from on-call duty and with 20 days off per month. As an OBGYN Hospitalist, you will use your clinical skills to improve patient safety and access to care for pregnant women.

Key Highlights

  • Full-time position, Night shift, 5pm-8am (15 hours). Average of 10 shifts/month, generally 2-3 consecutive shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Resident oversight and education, clinic deliveries
  • Employed CNM collaboration for inpatient care
  • Unassigned patients
  • OB/Gyn emergencies
  • Care of high-risk transfers

Requirements

  • Must be American Board Certified
  • Minimum of 2- 4 years of OB/GYN experience
  • Collaborate with Perinatology to manage all inpatient antepartum High-Risk Patients
  • Provide support to PPG OB/GYN
  • Collaborate with PPG Midwives
  • Coordinate Maternal Transports from our Community Partners to Toledo Hospital
