Overview

We at Orases are seeking a skilled Custom Software Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on outbound sales with a proven track record of success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.

Job Summary

This is a full-cycle sales position that requires a strong understanding of consultative selling, software development, and application modernization. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts. In this role, you will be the face of Orases, representing our brand and values in all interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Closing new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management
  • Coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets to meet the vision and strategy aligned with Business Development and overall company goals
  • Serving as a referral source and resource to prepare proposals that satisfy client needs related to software development products
  • Executing sales vertical plans to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly goals
  • Developing and qualifying pipeline through prospecting, meetings, conferences/events, calling, emailing, etc.
  • Presenting sales pitches and solutions to internal teams and external clients, showcasing excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Listening to, interpreting, and presenting customer requirements to ensure direct alignment with client needs
  • Providing sales vertical analysis and insight, ensuring accurate and timely data within approved tools, to forecast accurately
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Product Management or a related IT field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of sales experience selling B2B software development, with a proven track record of success
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to hunt and close opportunities with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with various stakeholders, including technical, non-technical, and diverse industries
  • Deep understanding and working knowledge of agile software development processes around building web and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of various technologies and frameworks serving as part of a completion solution
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable public speaking and making sales presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and proven ability to close enterprise accounts
