Educational Psychologist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Educational Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Burlington, North Carolina. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a school psychologist.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution and be actively licensed as a North Carolina State School Psychologist or eligible for licensure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
About the Role:- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success.
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active North Carolina State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Paid weekly (W-2).
