Sanitation Technician

Job Summary

Delicato Family Wines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Bottling Department, you will be responsible for carrying out the Delicato Sanitation program, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for our production lines.

Key Responsibilities

Follow all Delicato safety rules regarding the use of Sanitation Chemicals
Follow all practices in the Delicato Sanitation Manual
Clean all production lines that have been used during the day
Coordinate sanitation work with the Maintenance Crew to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and familiarity with production line principles
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper lifting technique, Safety principles, and GMP knowledge

Working Conditions

This role requires working on the production floor, exposed to varying levels of equipment noise and temperature fluctuations. You will be expected to work effectively with others, communicate safety concerns, and promote a safe work environment based on established safety standards and training.
