Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Concierge Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support and guidance to customers via phone, video chat, or online chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible support.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications.
- Competitive hourly rate ($22.00 per hour based on experience).
