Job OverviewProLift Garage Doors of Mobile and Pensacola is seeking a skilled Garage Door Technician to join our team. As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing garage door issues, installing new garage doors, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair garage door issues, including opener and associated component repairs
- Install new garage doors and openers
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Manage company truck and inventory, as well as schedule and client communications
- Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects
Requirements:
- No prior garage door experience required - we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn and engage in our coaching program
- Preference given to candidates with construction/trade experience or familiarity with hand tools
- Sales and customer service experience highly preferred
- Natural team players with an openness to receiving and giving feedback
