Job Summary

We are seeking a Sous Chef to assist in the operations of our kitchen. This includes coordinating the activities of line cooks and overseeing food production to ensure quality standards are maintained for our restaurant and banquets.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate kitchen activities to ensure efficient food production
  • Oversee food production operations to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
