Drive E-commerce Growth with a Senior Manager Role

Walmart, a Fortune #1 company, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching the next generation of Walmart Marketplace sellers.

About the Job
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with 9+ years of successful sales/business development experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail tech.
  • Your primary focus will be on building strong business relationships and influencing senior stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will:

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prospect, qualify, and close high-impact deals with key decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts.
  2. Develop creative solutions to identify new prospects and build a strong pipeline of strategic accounts across key categories.
  3. Manage the E2E business development lifecycle from sourcing to transactability, ensuring new sellers are equipped for immediate success.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the platform and experience for sellers.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to self-motivate and self-direct with initiative in competing priorities.

The estimated salary for this position is $99,000-$198,000 based on location and performance.
