AOI Operator

Job Summary:

Sanmina Corporation is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the fastest growing segments of the global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market. As an AOI Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by performing all AOI functions, including scanning products on Fusion and Galaxy AOI machines.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate the VRS machines for defect verification
Use scopes for verification and rework of defects
Operate the Post Etch Punch machine

Requirements:
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in all AOI functions is required. The candidate must have good written and oral communication skills and understand process travelers, customer specifications, and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints. Experience in using measuring devices or scopes to measure the line width and space of the product being processed is also required. Rigid PCB, Flex, and Rigid/Flex process knowledge is preferred. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint) and the use of shop floor software to complete transactions in Oracle, Cimnet, or other MRP systems is also required. This is an ITAR facility, and the applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful Permanent Resident.
