We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Director to join our team at HP Hood, a leading food and beverage manufacturer in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our maintenance department and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will lead a team of maintenance personnel and work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient operation of facilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of maintenance funds
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with maintenance management software and other technical tools
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $99,000 - $114,100, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
