Job Overview

Invictus International Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to play a key role in our proposal development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams in the development of innovative solutions for our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver network solutions using contemporary technologies
  • Develop and maintain technical artifacts, white papers, and proposals that showcase our capabilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Support the development of notional, logical, and physical solutions diagrams
  • Work with teaming partners and product vendors to integrate their capabilities into our solutions
  • Extract information from engineering staff to create winning technical solutions for proposals
Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree plus ten years of directly related experience
  • At least seven years of experience leading technical teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience performing IT systems engineering functions, including requirements analysis and architecture development
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering network solutions with contemporary network technologies
  • Extensive experience with writing proposals and program execution
  • Solid understanding of project management functions
  • Knowledge of IT Operations, including multi-tier operations and SLA management
  • Familiarity with full-spectrum cyber operations
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications

Nice-to-Haves

  • Commercial or federal IT engineering leadership experience as a Chief Engineer or Chief Architect
  • Experience proposing and injecting new technology advancements into ongoing operations
  • Experience estimating technical and operations costs and planning the delivery of new IT projects
  • Experience identifying and assessing business impacts to proposed changes to a largely technical solution or enterprise operations
