Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating industrial machinery to manufacture essential components for our products.

About the Role

  • You will program machines on-site, adjusting speed, feeds, and G code as needed to meet specifications.
  • You will proof and edit programs, and accurately use measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, height and bore gauges.
  • You will set up and operate manual lathes and perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

  • You must have at least two years of CNC experience or a related technical degree.
  • You should have prior experience in manufacturing or a machine shop environment.
  • Prior experience with large CNC horizontal and vertical lathes and programming with Fanuc, Mazatrol Matrix, or other G-Code-based systems is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You should be proficient in basic math, computer skills, reading technical drawings, and using measuring instruments.
  • You should have reliable transportation and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

  • The regular physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, and using hands; lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
  • You may be exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving parts, heights, fumes, extreme temperatures, and vibrations.

Schedule

  • This is a Monday through Friday position from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with overtime available based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive benefits, including union medical insurance, company-funded profit sharing (cash bonus), and a 401K. Other perks include dental, vision, short-term disability, tuition or certification reimbursement, a shoe and safety glasses allowance, and generous PTO.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
