Charge Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Villa at the Lake, a Randall Residence Assisted Living and Memory Care community. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish systems of treatments and medication administration that ensure safety, therapeutic outcomes, efficiency, and the opportunity to evaluate residents' needs.
• Document into the medical record all relevant changes and challenges.
• Lead caregivers and inspire them to grow into their fullest potential.
• Work with MD and CNP to establish needs and implement all care as ordered.
• Provide a therapeutic support to families, offering time, patience, trust, and effective communication.
• Support Department heads and create a synchronicity with the Director of Nursing.
• Always be a strong and respectful advocate for the residents.
• Encourage and support the sales efforts of the community.

Requirements:

• Must possess a current and active license to practice as an LPN in Ohio.
• Minimum of one year experience working with the aging population is preferred but not required.
• Upholding nursing best practice and standards of care for an aging population.
• Comprehension and adherence to state regulations.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.
