Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Donor Communications to join our team. This role will focus on developing strategic communication plans to engage with donors, promote philanthropic giving, and advance the university's mission.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with donors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute fundraising campaigns
  • Manage and maintain relationships with major donors and prospects
  • Analyze and report on fundraising metrics and trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
