Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Blowmold Technician to join our Engineering Department at fairlife, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our blow molding equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and coordinate projects with vendors and in-house resources to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Manage and oversee overhaul maintenance, design changes, and standard creation for blow molding equipment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and PM guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Consumer Packaging Goods, especially blow molding equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to update P&ID's, mechanical/electrical prints, and maintain confidentiality of records and information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs, and lead BDA and RCA initiatives.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders to work at elevations of 75 feet.
  • Exposure to hazards, machinery, and confined spaces.
Food Safety Requirements
  • Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that may affect product quality or food safety.
  • Understand and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy.
  • Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer, and/or Government requirements/standards.
