Salary and Benefits

As a licensed Cosmetologist or Stylist at Floyd's Barbershop, you can expect competitive earnings with guaranteed pay, service incentives, and opportunities for career advancement. Our stylists and cosmetologists in this market make an average of $30.25-49.25/hour. You'll also enjoy:

Job Description

Cosmetologists and stylists at Floyd's 99 Barbershop help foster a positive and energetic atmosphere within the shop. You'll be expected to:

  • Embrace our wow factors such as hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massage to amplify your client's experience
  • Be a champion of inclusivity, ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued
  • Engage in ongoing free education to keep your craft sharp and on point
Responsibilities and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An active Cosmetology License in the state performing services
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Pride in your work and results
  • Reliability, timeliness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • The ability to stand for sustained periods of time
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
